Any good ideas? It almost fits under the center consol thing in front of the shifter, but it would be pushing down on the wires pretty hard.

Then I can't put stuff in it, I have to put holes through the dash, and its on the opposite side of where I need to run the wires to.

Nice, Painless Wiring makes some nice products. This is what I did, and where I mounted mine:

Sorry for the crappy picture, that is from my old camera. That is a Blue Sea Systems Fuse Block (http://www.bluesea.com/product.asp?Product_Id=30990&d_Id=7463&l1=7463&l2=#) It is for my alarm, gauges, etc.
scortch99th 02-07-2006, 11:25 AM racepartssolutions.com has some fuse blocks like that for cheap prices.

That's where I was going to suggest he mount it, but I don't know what the dimensions of the one he has.

Like I said I tried to put it there, but its very tight and puts alot of pressure on the wires (they come out of the back of the painless wiring one).

Do you have cruise? If not, the kick panel on the drivers side might work.
You could also remove the covers where the ECU is and mount it just in front of the ECU. I have a bank or relays and an ignition controlled fuse block there. Not quite as easy to access though.
