Hi everyone ... I'm rebuilding my SR20DE (lowport) and I'm having problem installing my stock fuel rail. The injectors are well placed in the fuel rail, but I can't put the fuel rail on the intake manifold. I put the o-rings in the intake manifold but there's still have a loose when I put it in place.

I don't know if I forgot something when installing it ... Maybe it's suppose to be a direct fit but it's like if the injectors were too big for the hole of the intake manifold.

Someone can help me plz ?

Txk, Yann

P.S : I'll try to post pics 2nite.

The fit semi-snugly, not super tight. Are you sure you have the larger rubber O-rings in place?

Well ... I bought a gasket kit and the o-rings I installed are the only one who fit in there. Maybe they're a bit too small, because I have other o-rings which aren't install and seems to be too big but maybe I have to squeeze them in the intake manifold.

Pics. would help. FYI everything just kind of sets in place and is not super tight. It is snug but not a crazy tight fit. Everything fits better with the rail bolted down so have you got that far and tested it?

No .. I didn't bolt it in place yet because it seems to me something's not in place correctly. Maybe I should bolt it in place and after look if it looks tight enough.

I can't test it because the engine still not complete because I'm rebuilding it, I'll swap it into my car mid-march.

I'll try to post pics when it'll be installed.
