can anyone reccomend a decent set of cams for a gtir motor with stock springs? im currently using hks 264`s with 11mm inlet and 10.5 exhaust is there any other cams i can use which will give an improvement over these? i`d prefer a 270 duration.

Jim Wolf Technology has listed on their website the S3m cams which are similar to yours. A set of S4 cams would probably be what you're looking for but they don't have any S4m cams listed (the 'm' is for the mechanical drivetrain of the GTi-R motor). Your best bet is to call them to see if they do make such a set; if anything, they might be able to make you a set.
