Hey all
i have a few questions.
first off of course like everyone else here i was caught by the nissan bug ;)
i had a nx2000 but was hit by some crazy old lady in springfield.
so now i'm carless and going crazy :)
the main problem is i can't find a sr20 car really anywhere around me at all!
the best i could find is a 96 G20. its in great condition but the motor is blown. the guy is looking for around 2grand on the car.
i don't have the cash to do anything cool like a det or ve. and also after a new motor is put in it needs to pass the CT smog test.
my motor in the nx has 140k on it and i don't know if i want to go through the trouble of pulling that out and putting it into the G20.
so the main question is where can i get a fairly cheep low milage sr20?
also i was going to use my tranny from the nx, seeing how it was just completely rebuilt, about 100 miles before the accident :(
and i assume that i would need to use the G20 half shafts.
any advice would be great.
