Ive tried replacing it and reseting the ecu and code will not go away. Any suggestions???????????? Also would this code affect idle.

When i check the codes ecu flashes 1 slow 3 fast...coolant temp sensor circuit. The coolant temp gauge seems to read normal. I replaced the coolant temp sensor...two wire sensor that sends the signal to the ecu not the one for the gauge. I guess i will have to check my harness or i might have a bad ecu | ||
