Hey all... I'm looking for any 240sx S14 sites. My wife and I are thinking bout getting rid of the Si and buying a 98 240 instead.

Thanks for any sites you post up...

what exactly are you looking for info wise? I have seen no sites that are gonna be specific to the S14.

Well, over the last 5 years I've pretty much learned what can be done to an SE-R... suspension/brakes/engine work. There's a good mailing list and many fine websites (including this one) to answer questions and discuss new products.

I'm looking for websites that explore the upgrades you can do to 240sx's... specifically S14's (as this is the one we're gonna get). I know the DET swap is the obvious engine upgrade, but for a car that is so BIG in Japan, there seems to be very little information on the web(US) about what upgrades are best as far as suspension, brakes, and everything else. Unique upgrades like the Do-Luck rear seat floor brace are simply not mentioned on sites like 240sx.org. I thought the SE-R web presence was pretty pathetic for many years (it's gotten a lot better) but the 240 presence is almost nil. I'm hoping I'm just missing something... and there really are good 240 sites.
If you have any, please post them.

Thanks!

Well as far as being specific to the S14 I think your out of luck. The S13 and S14 however are fairly similiar and some parts will even swap between both. One of the best, correction: THE best site for info on S chassis cars is FreshAlloy (http://freshalloy.com/) . There you will see a section strictly for S chassis cars. The popularity of it makes the archives a must read for any 240 owner. Just make sure and use the "search" function before asking any questions. Trust me most of the possibilities have been explored. The forum is very well moderated. Check this thread: Site listings (http://www.sr20deforum.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=13985) for some good sites. Hope this helps. :D
