Turns out there was a bad connection from the ignition to the signal wire on the starter. So I just ran a wire from the signal wire on the starter to a wire under the dash that saw 12V when the key is turned and wala!!! Who said americans arent ingenuitive? HA! Thanks for everyones help!!!
