he forgot to pay the bill / they sent it to the wrong email addy.... sounds like it may be gone for a while / permanent... :(

I have contacted carl and the good news is he does intend to sort it out. The bad news is he is quite busy with sorting stuff out after moving to Rotorua so it may take a while.
