Some of you might have seen that I took out my reverse sensor this morning, I hear people say that they leak a lot (which makes sense, because when I was originally getting a hold of it, it felt pretty greasy on the outside.
Would there be any reason to not use teflon tape on the threads of the sensor when I go to put it back in?

there is only one reason bad to use teflon tape on sensors. The tape can sometimes work its way into the end of a sensor and it wont register correctly. use liquid threadlocker

Its probably leaking from the sensor itself and not the threads , you should get a new sensor ... I just use Grey sealer to seal the threads.....

You can get away with using teflon tape on those two tranny sensors. I have used rtv on them also.
