Anyone know if Mike "Stroker" Jez crusies the BBS? I bet he would know, not sure of who else would though.

There are a few stroker kits out there.... JUN and Toda have them. It's a bit more involved than just switching cranks... Depending on the geometery of the pistons, you'll probably have to replace those too and the rods.

if you do some research greddy and hks in japan also offer stroker kits. they are expensive but they make considerable power. i know sleeper motorsport is in the process of building a stroker kit as well.

What exactly is involved in that and what hp improvments would that be?? I'm currently building a turbo setup for my car using a t3/t04e .63, etc... what increases will that bring??? TIA

If you don't use a kit, ie Jun, you have to reweld the journals on the crank as to lengthen the stroke of the crank. Then you need to buy custom pistons at least that makes up for the difference in stroke. The 3S guys do this, it was done by SCC in their project MR2, which made ALOT of whp. I would suggest lengthening the rod to make up for the decrease in rod ratio. It's too bad we don't have an SR22DE like the 3S has the 5S. Which is a little known fact that the 5S crank fits in the 3S block by just using a 5S rear main seal.

There are other ways of building a 2.2 motor. That is not so complicated.

Doens't the KA24DE crank fit in the SR20DE?

There is only one thing Jez strokes and it isn't SR20DE's :)
