He's talking DRAG radials. Not Autox tires.

Nitto 555R come in 205-45-15 and these work very well!
Smaller diam. Helps launch:)

If you have 14" SE wheels 555R comes in 205-55-14, I have heard these work well too.

I am trying to find some cheap light weight 14x7 wheels so I can get some of the new BFGoodrich g-Force T/A Drag Radials in the 225-50-14 size. I have heard that these are great tires and want to try them out myself.

Not with turbo cars. NOS and NA cars like the smaller diameter. Turbo cars don't.

I think i will be forced to buy the Yokohama A032R. Has anyone had street experience with these? Or should i just by the smaller Nitto Drag radials?

The Yokohamas are an autox/road race tire and probably have a pretty stiff sidewall. They might be better than a regular street tire at the drag strip because of sheer stickiness, but the Nittos would probably be better. And I think they're cheaper for the most part. :)

I'm running 225-50-16 on my Talon and work very well for turbo applications.

With drag radials, you should be getting better than 2.3 60' times. What were you launchcing at 2wdblazer? Also, was it a good track?

I think Nitto still makes a 205/55/14 drag radial.
