I'm kinda confused on what the hell this this free day is all about...

It's just that, a free day. Nothing with the convention will be planned, so you can do whatever you want, and not miss out.

NYC and then over to the Spring Nationals. Remember there are also some histroic things in Brooklyn to see like the Transit Musuem, the Brooklyn/Manhattan/Willimasburg/Verrazano Bridges, Coney Island and the World Famous Nathans, the NY Aquarium/Bed Stuy/Junious Cheesecake factory/DUMBO,Harlem/125th Street/The Apollo/Central Park/Empire State Building/Ground Zero/Fifth Avenue/Times Square/ChinaTown/Little Italy,Ride a subway to Queens/Flushing/Worlds Fare/Shea Stadium/US Open/2JDM's Mansion, the Bronx Zoo etc.

i voted for the nationals. what else car related can be done that day you know.

that is what usually happens, and is not a bad idea. being that most people here never met or only see each other once a year.

What's happening at the track Saturday? Maybe those wanting another track day could run if PDA has it for the weekend.
