HELLO EVERYONE ; i'm new to the sr20forum haven't had a computer in a while .

i was wondering how many se-rs are turbo'ed ?! where are you turbo guys from ? i live in charlotte nc and there are only 2 turbo'ed se-r 's here !!!

also what kinda times are you turbo guys running , hp and torque along with psi

I might not have a SR20 But I am her for the Miata power. 317hp at 16.5psi on a stock 1.8. 11.9@119mph on a barely slipping clutch (let off in 2nd gear because I thought it was wheelspin)at 15psi on pump gas 1.9 60ft. (I just hit a 1.57 60ft on drag radials (215 60 14) the other day but blew the Torsen diff from the 4 puck now in there since the full face could not hold the power) 8" RX7 Rear end going into the car.

I have 3 Turbo SR20 friends in the New Orleans area. Only one has been to the track. 13.8@103 on stock DET with Filter, crush bent 2.5" DP in a NX2K, street tires and 10psi boost. The other two are going to be low 12 sec cars soon.

I'm pretty much the only turbo SE-R that exists in Weston, Florida.........but a lot of turbo SR20's running around Miami!. I have the BB DET swap in my 96' 200sx with extra goodies.

2 1/2 down pipe to 3" full exhaust no-cat

jwt fuel rail

msd sc-i w/ rev limiter
msd 2 step for drag racing
act xtreme pp
act street disc
es motor mounts (4)
jwt ecu 4bar program w/ water injection >not used
greddy profec-b with remote-boost switch

all of the piping was custom made

2 EGT's?? Two places on manifold? Before and after turbo? Why two different brands.?

I will very soon be a part of the turbo SE-R crowd. My little 'ol T25 setup goes on beginning next week (March 18-22). :)

If everything goes as planned, it will be on the car for a couple months before a setup *similar* to yours (insaneser) goes on in the early summer/late spring.

Should be a fun summer at the track. :)

Hey, I have a turbo 200sx with the BB motor and FMAX kit. It seems to run great............love da boooost. I think I am the only one in Asheville that has a turbo Nissan.:D

Hey Greg, can you please please do a fairly good document the install because I am also going to install a BB T25 turbo in my car as soon as I get all the parts... which actually shouldn't be too far away. I just got the turbo and manifold a few days ago :D

Please correct me If I'm wrong, but so far that is the highest HP rating I have seen on a .63 housing?

i'm sorry i dont have 2 egt's i have a greddy egt and apex boost meter

i have stock internals with s3 cams no cam gears no head work ! i have the dyno sheet . if you would like to see???

i think my car is turbo.

hey with turbo's and different combinations anything is possible. when i made 320+whp with the stock gti-r t28 everyone downed me. but once overyone saw the set up and that i wasn't running a ecu, but tech 2, and saw the curves then it was another story. i am just glad to see that there are alot more turbo sr20's popping up all over the place.

I'll be turbo in the next couple months... In AZ there are a LOT of Turbo SR20's... I'll be like number 9 or 13 or something... a lot of competition here... My setup will be almost identical to yours, but different manifold and the Garrett turbo.

Yeah, 367 HP is definitely the highest I've ever seen for a .63 housing. And a 120 MPH trap speed on only 367 WHP? Really? And to get an 11.7, you must have had a great 60' time. Can you tell us some more about what kind of slicks you were using (wheel size, etc.), and your suspension setup? A lot of people with more HP than you are having a hard time getting out of the 12s because of traction/suspension issues. I'd be interested to know how you set up your car to get a time like that.

i have sportline springs 2" drop all around with stock struts
when i drag race i put bump stops cut into 3/4 -1 " pieces and put them in the rear so the suspension would not drop

i was pretty upset cause i could only get a best of 1.85 avg with the slicks i had 22" x 8" x 13" m&h slicks

i have just bought 24.5 x 8.5 x13 m&h in hopes of better 60' times also buy the way i was in 5th at the end of the traps

i was hoping to get a better time with the different slicks when i better my 60'
any suggestions???????????

Hey ZAK91sER, I have noitced that nissan have had a hard time getting out of the 12's, while honda's are getting into the 11,10,and 9's, do you know why that is?

hey insaneser, want to compliment the setup you're running because hopefully by summer time i'll be running the same.....but my question is, is this all done with 9:5:1 compression engine or the BB 8:5:1? because i noticed you have no internal work done other than cams and I am very interested because i am running the BB engine. thanks
