Hey,
I have a 98 SE, what is a good spring rate to buy? I was looking at coil overs that are 350-450 (progressive) 0-4 inch drop. Are these too high? I want a pretty firm ride with 2'' drop. Thanks for the help!

For street use, a lot of SE-R drivers like to go with 300 front, 200 rear. It will also handle very well in autocross on the track, many people consider it to be the best compromise of ride and handling. If you don't mind a stiff ride, you could also go 350/225.

I ordered my GC/AGX combo from GC for my 98, they recommended 350/300 spring rates for street use. A little more than the classic SE-R, I guess because it's slightly heavier.
