Found some good condition 98 Headlights for sale on Ebay... I bought them so I could try something new.... Well actually someone on here has done this before. But I figured I would post the pictures anyway. My car is down and I have to do stuff for it to give me piece of mind... Here ya go...

Took 2-1/2 Hours Today while watching Billy & Mandy's Grimm Adventures... and I guess I can go back to studying... Total for the whole project including the Lights cost me $60. Very simple to do, and cheap mod to do if you are willing to be patient. I can't show them on the car because the car is on stands in the garage. I will post pics as soon as she breathes life again.

Another member on the forum has done this and I think that his member name is Pssst or something of that nature... He was my inspiration... He has a 98 as well but his is boosted and Skyline Blue.

Can you believe they sell these for like a maximum of $250 + Shipping!!!! I just checked the other day, but for respect for other people's businesses, I will not name names. They look exactly the same in my opinion. Oh well...

Let's just say for shits and giggles you can get after market ones for $175:

$175-250 = Aftermarket Stealth Headlights
+Shipping Cost
= $185-275!!! - No thanks...

I would much rather just take the time to do this and have piece of mind (if you like this style...) I understand that crystal clears dont come with the 95-97 SE-R's, but bear with me...

$55-120 for used L/R Headlights on eBay shipped (usually a lot more for new)
+$5 Maximum for Duplicolor Black Paint
+$5 Maximum for Silicone Sealant if necessary
+Few Hours of Your Time
= $65-130 - Muuuch Better, Mine actually came out to 60 Total....

i'm doing this next week! Can you post pic of the bolt on the back of the headlight cause mines are stripped and im wondering if i can cut these and put new one in there

Which bolt? Because There are two on the outside of the light, and one on the inside of the light... I have to replace my inside ones also... I think the person that had these got into a fender bender and I need to fab something up.

oh btw if you did a search on the nissanforums i did those for kristinspapi i believe almost 2 - 3 years ago before stealth heads ever came out pre-made.

When I saw your SN on the last post I was like... Oh Crap! LOL... I've seen this on only a few 98's, I rarely see this done... but yeah, I like the way it turned out. I have been wanting to do this for a while but wanted to experiment on another set first :)
