Come to find out the reason why my catch can is filling up so fast is that my rings on my pistons are blown. Since I am going to be pulling apart the motor this week I am just going to replace the pistons with some forge ones. Can you guys tell me what is the best pistons to buy and where?

JE or Weisco are both good IMHO. There are not many that I have heard too much bad stuff about. With my 2.0L motor I will proabably put JE pistons in it down the line. I will put those in mainly for lower compression (Im going to be at 9.4:1..

Do you know where I can get a good price on them?

I will give my distributer a call on the weisco's and see if he can get them for you... What compression and bore.. Standard .020 overbore? 9:1 or 8.5:1?

I've heard the weisco's are some of the better ones to use...

Forged 86m and 9.0:1 would be great.

Not blow put the rings are bad. Buring of oil and real bad compression.

If u need pistons and rods we now have wiseco and crower rods in stock. 86mm 9:0:1 and custom 87mm 8:5:1. I always stock the pistons and rods. I also have a set of used bb det pistons and rods i'll take $200.

The Wiseco pistons that you stock, do they have the cut out for the oil squiters? Or are they primarily for DE's?
