I got my engine codes checked, and i got 2 of em

P0136

The PCM has determined that a malfunction exists in the electrical circuit for oxygen sensor 2 in bank 1.

I'm thinking that the o2 has to be replaced or it could be loose.

P0400

The PCM has determined that a malfunction exists in the exhaust gas recurculation flow.

I have no idea what that one means

If anyone knows of any ways that I can fix these trouble codes, please let me know.

I think you are right on the first one, check to see if it is loose before you spend the money. The second one sounds like your EGR tube is clogged. So carb. cleaner and pipe cleaners should do the trick.
