Here's the thing: The car will not start.

There is some type of malfunction in the ignition/starting system somewhere. I just found out I owe the IRS and I don't have the time to look at it and fix it...but for all I know its probably something really stupid and easy to fix. Obviously towing would need to be arranged. The car is located in a Dallas, TX suburb.
