Anybody have any expierence switching all the transmission gears etc, from a cracked case to a good case? What is involved. I have the shell off but don't know where to start?

I'm doing that right now. Step 1: Get a FSM. If you do not have a FSM, do not proceed to Go, and do not collect $200. Did you buy a new case? Do you have an extra 5th gear?

How long do you estimate it will take to complete? Sorry, no xtra 5th..A friend donated a good case to me.

took my brother and me a weekend, and we had to extract a bolt he torqued the head off of. but my reverse is starting to pop out now. wonder what we did wrong.
