hey guys. i just raised my car back up with the stock springs. i had eibach sportlines on there with the stock shocks for about 25k. when i installed the spings back on, i noticed that the ride isn't as smooth as it was before i lowered it. i can feel every single bump. for some reason, it seems as if the eibach's arne't that much stiffer than the oem springs.
i raised the car back up *** i was tired of rapid tire wear and a harsh ride. can't afford new shocks rite now. should i just get the kyb agx's even though i'm not lowered??
anyways, now my car looks like i'm ready to 4 wheelin. looks totally different. i should say, it looks ugly.

Well if you are gonna get the AGX's then I'd say throw the Eibach's back on...The nice thing about the AGX's is that they are fully adjustable and you can set it for a fairly smooth ride even on a set of Eibach's...And the good thing is that the AGX's have been known for taking some abuse so they'll be able handle the eibach's without any problems....

I have the Eibach sportlines on 4 blown struts:mad:
The ride isnt too bad though.
I'll be opting for the GR2 KYBs.
I have no use for adjustable struts.

The GR-2's are basic stock replacements...they will blow just about as quickly as stock ones...get the KYB AGX's for their better performance..you dont have to adjust them..and they can handle the drop springs better...if not, just replace them with stock units til they blow again, etc, etc...

If you are getting uneven tire wear, that's from a bad alignment. Your stock shocks are blown. The Sportlines aren't much stiffer than stock. Just go with GC/AGX combo with the rear top mount and get a GOOD alignment.
