Got a problem. BB DET is in my B14, power steering line(big thick black line that has an 'L'-shaped thing comin directly off the pump) interferes w/ a brown connector(on the intake manifold) on the passenger side of the motor.

This is mainly a question for those who have BB DET's or high port motors in their B14's.

What do i do? Do I need a B13 power steering pump? Or can I just get a different elbow? Or do I have to get a longer hose and snake it around so that it doesn't get in the way of the brown connector?

When I swapped in my high-port, the return line from the pump (the one that has clamps, not the pressure side) was interfering. What I had to do was unbolt that little elbow that comes off of the pump (that the return hose attaches to) and use the elbow from the high-port pump. Did that and it worked great. I'm pretty sure this is what you're talking about, but if not, please clarify so we know what to help with....
