What is everyone paying for filling their 10lb bottles?

Just paid $25 this weekend, usually I pay $30

In S.Cali, you're gonna be lookin @ $3.25 - $3.99 a pound. So that's about 34-42 bucks (CA sales tax included).

i pay $3.00/lb + 7.5% sales tax (10lb bottles come to like $32.50)

When I was refilling.....right at $10 a bottle or $1 a pound. How?

I set up an account with my local industrial gas distributor and bought my own 'mother' bottle, along with the NOS Trans-Fill kit. I fill my own, as needed. Just have to freeze the receiving bottle for 20 minutes, hook up to the 'mother' bottle, and fill 'er up!

The 'mother' bottle contains 63 pounds of nitrous, which I paid $50 for, plus a yearly $75 deposit on. :)

BTW...better have a pickup truck to haul a 'mother' bottle with. The damn things weigh right at 231 pounds, full.

$34, Glendale Speedshop and they squeez in a good 12lbs in a 10lb bottle..:eek:

I just found a place in town charging 2.89 per pound which is sweet *** most of these rednecks around here charge 4. I like the "Mother Bottle" idea...
