I have to disagree with you on 2 things. 1 - it's not just Long Island, it's NJ also 2 - 90% of people have no clue how to drive in the first place, the rain just makes them panic more and drive worse One thing I noticed, when it snows around here: anyone that has a four wheel drive vehicle must think they can drive around like it's a wonderfull summer day. | ||
