Just wondering about people replacing their headers and running into breaking studs. What size are the studs for the exhaust manifold to header? If I were to replace them what would I be asking for?

If I remember correctly they are 10mm. You got it right they are called Exhaust manifold studs, that is if you are talking about the studs that connect the header to the engine head.
I got mine from Brian at Courtesy. Be careful man they like to break off in the block. Esp the far right one. If you just need like 1 or 2 I have extras. I'd be willing to give them to you *** you'd have to pay the shipping.
