You're talking about an B14 SE-R I hope...but anyway...no one will answer this question...reason being....everything you want to know is already posted and they are anal about repeating themselves...lol....Just search through the forums and you'll find what you need

How much power are you trying to make, and how much money are you trying to spend? Those two questions will determine what parts to get. BUt here is a basic list, along with some examples:

manifold - bluebird, GTIR, log, equal length
turbo - T25, T28, T3/T4
downpipe - 2.5" or 3"
injectors - 370cc, 50lb, 72lb
intercooler - spearco, precision
intercooler pipping - hotshot, pti, hass
engine management - SAFC, Emanage, JWT

That should get you pointed in the right direction.
