if anyone can link me or tell me which cams would work.

a bunch of people run the JWT S3r cams for the roller rocker

I like the RR motor. lighter valve train=better. some people disagree, but I do like them. swap pistons and your set.

^^ tomei and piper cams (uk) also make roller cams.

anyone try the roller cams in the non-roller head? i've heard them reffered to as the "poor man's s3". just curious, but i'd imagine that there might be some excessive valve train wear.

Yea I have some Almera GTi cams that I'm supposed to be putting in my P10 eGT. I know Mike fitted eGT cams to his P10 SRi and says he felt a gain when he swapped the P11 GT cams into his engine.

The only reason i said that was due to the lack of cam options.

I found a company that sells the Tomei cams for about $470. BUt I found a gb on JWT cams for $480, so I think I'm just going to get the JWT S3R cams and valve springs.

Yeah, I just talked to Ben also, and he told me the same thing...knowing JWT, these valve springs might not be available for another few months...lol

anyone talk to JWT recently? I know the s3r's can be used with stock valve train, but have they done any work on springs/retainers etc. for the roller rocker engine?

JWT makes valve springs for the roller rocker, that allows you to safely rev to 7500rpms...the stock springs are good to about 7100rpms...

last i talked to jwt the springs were on backorder. he said it would be about a month, which really means 3...and that was about 3 months or so ago, so maybe they're available again
