You can make the one for the manifold yourself if you have tin snips (or even a dremel) and some metal. Even if you have to spend the $$$ on the tools, you will come out the same as just buying them but then you get to keep the tools. :D

All you do is take off the EGR, trace the diamond shape out on some metal, cut it out, drill two holes, get some rtv, and put it where the EGR was.
