I want to do a 5spd swap in my 92. This is a low budget project hopefully some one can help out. The closer to Kansas the better. I want the tranny before I hunt for mounts etc.

I was hoping for something closer/cheaper. I'll keep you in mind for the misc. parts though.

:( I'm not sure why people ask so much for them on here since its a sr20 site, but I figured that'd be the place to look since theres bound to be some sitting in peoples garages taking up floor space.

i will have pretty much everything you need for a manual swap besides the crossmember, i'm doing sr20 swap so i need some parts. the ga16 tranny has lil over 90K on and the last 20K mile have been highway miles.

I didn't say $60 I just didn't agree to $200

The shipping would be $100, $300 for a tranny that I dont know works. no thanks

calm down dude.. in our case it was just laying around after a swap and we wanted something for it but never expected a lot either... shipping is a PITA on a tranny so it worked out great for us that the guy drove down from green bay, Wisconsin and picked up in person and made us space in the garage..

it had no 5th gear pop out and worked great so everyone was happy in our case:biggthump

Sorry for the delay guys I've been busy. I hit a financial slump, my daily driver is gonna need a bunch of work and my Sentra is once again on hold. I've been sick and am trying to make up for the work I lost. As of now I cant afford the parts for the Sentra until I can get my truck fixed and back on the road. If I held anyone up on a sale I truly apologize. I will eventually get back on track and be able to buy what I need for the car but not for awhile. I didn't expect my truck with only 60k miles to start having engine problems :eek2: . Again guys I truly am sorry but my Sentra Project is on the back burner until further notice.

I appreciate that man, thanks. I hope to get it going again, and I'll definetly keep you in mind.

This is the second time my truck has been in the shop for the same problem, timing chain tensioner. Supposedly there was a recall and they fixed it last time. I suppose it'll be $1000. Thats what they quoted me the first time they fixed it before Nissan excepted the claim. I know they won't write it off this time.
