ok i removed what i belive to be emisions and i am wondering if there is anything else i need to do?

what is the skinny tube for? and what should i do with it?

what is the two big tubes for? i connected the one from the manafold back to the other end, but what should i do with the one with the bolt in it? bolck it off? (these "Getto Fabalous" bolt and conection are only form the moment)
