standard: 1226 kPa, 12.5 kg/cm squared, 178psi @ 300rpm
minimum: 1030 kPa, 10.5 kg/cm 2 149psi
difference limit between cylinders:
98kPa 1.0 kg/cm2 14psi

what would need fixed if the compression is a little low (rings?) and this is the us spec de engine

these specs are for the USDM SR20DE motor. There could be many things that cause low compression.

If you think the rings are the cause, you should put a few drops of oil through the spark plug hole and take the test again. If the C/R goes up, then you likely have bad piston rings.
