why do you want to 'strengthen' your engine?
i didn't see these listed... you may want to consider them as part of your "strengthening" routine:

That's my first question. Why?
Dave Coleman (SCC) once called the SR20DE "perhaps the most overbuilt 4-cylinder motor....ever. A 500 hp motor detuned to 140 hp....." or words to that effect.
Good on stock internals to 400 whp or so. Uh...unless you are a 1/4 mile freakin' track fiend, or slightly demented, 400 whp should about do it for most folks.

What r some modifications I should do to my stock sr20de to make safely withstand 400whp(my goal)

Search or entrust it to someone who knows what they are doing. 400WHP is somethign that has been achieved many times with many different setups. You should research this and see what others have had success and formulate your plan based on those setups. It will probably save ou time, $, and headaches.

its obvious(from your other thread) that you have money to burn, but no knowledge behind the automotive industry to make things work. I really cant see the point to this thread since a shop installed your turbo, why dont you have another shop build your motor.

i would STRONGLY advise against him doing any internal motor work because if he has to ask this type of question, chances are he doesnt know what hes doing..which will cost him more in the long run
