Please help guys... Your advice is wanted!

Ok, I installed a UR crank pulley on my 98 1.6L. Next day I go to check oil level on a warm engine (not cold), I see little bubbles on the dipstick.

Measures I took: I drained some of the oil out, thinking that too much oil (the oil level was just a nick above the top line, which is never been a prolem) will foam, causing the bubbles. Checked again - few bubbles still show up.

Possible things I was thinking about:
1. The night after install was very cold (high teens (no pun intended)). Improper coolant mixture could crack in a water jacket. Would I notice anything wrong with my car besides the bubbles if this scenario is true?
2. I sprayed WD-40 on the crank seal and crank pulley, while instaling the pulley. Could some of the lubricant make its way inside the engine causing the bubbles?
3. Oil pump is driven by crankshaft. Could it be I did something to crankshaft causing some air pockets to work their way into oil pump? I have used pulley puller and slight tapping with a hammer on the socket on the seal to get the seal in. I was being very careful.
4. Leaky head gasket. But oil looks and smells like good oil (clear light brown/black). I didn't notice any traces of coolant or water droplets.

My car is running strong, coolant level is normal, operating engine temp needle is right in the middle.

Slow down. You're totally over-reacting. Little bubbles on the dipstick on a hot engine is normal, and would have nothing at all to do with installing UR pulleys.
