Woohoo.. took 3 guys and 5 hours of work (yes, we kinda dont' really know what we're doing). But we got the Hotshot Header on, damn those metal tubes that goes to the header sux! took forever to move those in place. But the end result is pretty damn good. Too bad I only have stock exhaust on right now. But even with stock exhaust I can feel the car is faster. It doesn't really pull like when honda hits Vtec, or anywhere in the powerband where it slaps you on the back. But it feels pretty nice.
BTW it's a Hotshot Gen3

How much trouble did you have with the old bolts? Can you feel more low rpm punch?

I'm really not sure.. plus I'm running stock 91 Classic Exhaust, so that part probably didn't help
Edit:
Oh ya as for the old bolt.. I didn't have too much trouble with it, my friend have a breaker bar and i have a very very very big torque wrench. We did have to buy a flex joint and a 14mm Long socket. But I think the best and most useful thing was the can of "liquid wrench". It's like concentrated WD-40, and OMG it did wonders on those old rusty bolts.

I believe it was the notorious EGR tube that you slowed your installation down. The same thing happend to me when I installed my G3 HS header.
I had to go through the whole process a few months ago so I could pass CA's visual inspection. It didn't take so long the second time around.
The header makes power, but since it's spread across the power band, it's not an obvious difference. It wasn't until I saw my time slips at the track, that I knew this mod was freeing up some horses (15.4@88.8 before / 15.2@90.8 after).

It helps to start the EGR tube in..then the header flange...it makes it a lil easier that way...a lil too late know ***:D

ehh.. I have another question.. I just drove it more today, ya know to make sure the gaskets are sealed tight and I dont' have any leaks.. well, the power is definitely there. Not like a strong crazy pull but just stronger throughout.. I have to watch my speedo more now because in the same amount of time that used to take me to 40mph now takes me close to 50mph.. and cops here in Cali are getting pretty anal lately...:(
But ya.. my question is.. I have a HS cai also.. and before the header my car is one of the loudest mofo on the road.. and now it's like.. less loud.. is this right? did anyone experienced this?
Why would my header made my intake sound less loud? No that I'm complaining.. more speed for less noise is great, but it's just strange that's all.

Make sure you re-tighten those bolts (using a torque wrench of course).
I had my HS CAI prior to my HS header, but didn't notice the decrease in the CAI's sound after I installed the header. The exhaust does become a bit louder and could mask the sound you normally heard from your CAI.
Regarding my previous reply to your post, I mentioned that power may not be noticeable because "it's spread across the power band, it's not an obvious difference". I was wrong. After re-reading SCC's SR20DE header review, I noticed the real reason why the HS header didn't seem to make an obvious difference. The header doesn't make great power until you rev past 5500 rpm. The significant hp increase only shows up for 2200 rpm at the top of our rev range.
