confused: HI GUY's... Thank YOU ALL for HELP in advance

I plan to install a Gti-R swap into my se-r Wed. In motor came form a local se-r that ran 12.8/w top mount (i have been it) the old owner wracked the car and I was luck and got EVERYTHING..

If anyone has the time... I would like the following lists:

A list of ALL the parts I should replace before doing the swap
A list of ALL the swap DO's & DON'T's (I do want to mess up)
A list of ALL the (GO FAST PARTS) I should have to make this thing the beast I want it to be.....

I NEED THE WORLD's HELP ON THIS: The ORIGINAL owner of the motor told me he got the motor with a BAD Throttle Position Sensor (TSP).....I was assured that this DOES NOT hurt the motor it ONLY cause the ECU to go into SAFE MODE???????...... I was also told by a fellow Turbo SE-R owner: If a swap it done using the ORIGINAL U.S.A se-r wiring harness the connection to the GTI-R TPS sensor is OPPOSITE (+/-) and this was the cause of my problem??????.......he also told me the problem could be corrected rewiring the connections????....
(I HOPE I TYPED THAT RIGHT) but if ANYONE has or know how I can get a GTI-R TPS sensor PLEASSSSSSSSSSSE reply or call (813)230-7621....
