Are you referring to the exhaust ports? If so, I think they're not the same, but close. I'm not too sure, maybe you should search about the Hotshot Gen6 Header. It was made for both the DE & VE. You might find something there. But I've seen members on the forum using a HS Gen5 Header on a VE. Hope that helps.
