i was driving the other day.....and my car would stall out when i'm slowing down to stop....it's like my engine is not getting enough fuel to stay on when i'm deccelerating....15 minutes later it does it again....start it back up again while in motion....i stop to a gas station to get something to drink....i leave there.....and 5 minutes after leaving there....my car stalls out again while i'm stopped at a light.....i try to start it up...and nothing...not even a clicking sound....i'm thinking my engine had siezed on me....i'm in the middle of the road freaking out...swearing up a storm....thinking about how much i can get for parting out my car....i call my friend to come pick me up and help me push my car out of the road....he then asks me if i tried push starting it....the thought didn't come to mind....so i tried it....and viola....it started....i was so relieved to find out my engine hadn't siezed on me....


i'm just wondering if anyone has experienced problems with their cars stalling out when deccelerating.....also if anyone has any input on if this problem is somehow related to my starter going out on me....or was it mere coincidence for both problems to occur at the sametime?....

Mine did the same thing just before the alternator took a dump on me. Sounds like it's either not charging, or the charging is erratic.
