For those of you w/ a T25 or T28, do you use a resonator on your turbo cat-back system (at least 3")?

If you do or don't, can you comment on volume levels at WOT and at cruise on the highway?

I have neither resonator nor cat, all i have is 2.5 inch piping all the way from turbo-back. Sounds great at idle and awesome once going.

I have a t25 and using the NA Greddy exhaust (60mm, 2.38" dia.). It has a resonator built in. It sounds perfect to me, fairly quiet with a nice deep note. At cruise, it's noticeable but not too intrusive (I do have 3 rolls of dynamat lining my trunk though...) When I step up to a 3", i'm going to get a resonator... trying to keep the car quiet.

Well Antonio you heard my car i have 3inch from turbo back to a Apexi muffler. I also have a 24inch preforated resonator 3inch ID and 4inch body.

Man, w/ a 24" resonator, I remember your car being loud Larry! But I don't think you were running a cat though, right? And I hear those Apex'i mufflers are loud too.

my car, when it had the 3" exhaust and the HS header, was pretty damn quiet. i have a magnaflow 18" muffler, and 24" walker glasspack. i accidentally floored it near a motorcycle cop, and he didnt even look at me.

i will let you guys know tomorrow how it sounds with the T25 and the downpipe installed. as it sits right now (open turbo outlet elbow) it is kinda loud (gross understatement), especially under boost with the wastegate open.

Iam using a magna flow preforated(with holes /not louvered) ordered it through my muffy shop

Antonio my car is actually pretty quiet after i replaced my iacv considering the exhaust componets. its even quiter with a full ball bearing turbo now =)

I am running a 3 inch turbo back on my Talon. At first I had no resonater going to a Magnaflow muffler but then I put in a 3 inch Dynomax Race Magnum Bullet behind the test pipe. It cut the sound in half.
