...Isidro at High Performance Online. I'm telling you guys, this dude is a real straight shooter. Fedex lost the first shipment, and he rushed the struts to me from KYB in California, at his own expense, and told me he'd have the mounts to me somehow. He confessed to me that one of his guys was dropping the ball to some extent, a newer employee, and that he only found out today. He has been unable to get my strut mounts from KYB - sounds like KYB's fault from what he says (I have the struts as of today). I surfed around and through the course of a number of phone calls, I am having the mounts overnighted from TireRack and Isidro says he will send me a check for the balance.
He has been nothing but honest, and nothing but cheerful despite the fact that I have been calling him at least once a day for the last three weeks. I highly recommend him and his business for any of you guys needing parts or advice - he tells me he's had two classics (maybe more) and really seems to know what he's talking about. All I know is there isn't one businessperson in a thousand that has gone to the lengths to satisfy a customer that he has for me.
