I know this should be in northeast or for sale forum, but my alternator seems like its about to take a dump on me and my question is if any one has one lying around, it doesnt have to be great but I am going to the track on Friday and I want to throw something in that will last me the day, please any help ideas will be appreciated, dont really want to spend 300 on a nissan one and dont have the time to get one from andreas so any help is greatly appreciated.

$60 dollars for a rebuilt one with 6 months warranty in Brooklyn, takes 1 hour. Or I was talking to Dead se-rious and he got the 2000 Altima one which is 110 amp? for $85.

yo if you could be a little more specific like as to what part of brooklyn and how to get there from the belt that would help me out a great deal, thanks

its in east new york from the belt go straight down pennsylvania ave all the way down towards the jackie robinson but you'll be making a right under the elevated train (thats the j train) which is fulton street then its three blocks down from there on the right on the corner starter and altenators

Thats not fair. I got my alternator from Penn Motors (they do their own rebuilds) and it's been in there for over 2 years+. No problems. If I wasn't sick I would tell you to come by me and we could do it there, but every time I go outside I relapse.
It all depends on who rebuilt the alternator.
