Welcome to Maine.

Is this the first time living in the Northeast?

Nope, moved to Arizona 1 1/2 years ago for school.
Az Emissions sucks; I definitely miss lobster, trees, and rallying in the Galant VR-4 all night in snow storms:)
From Rockland, Me. Had to get out at least once before I settled down.

Another Mainer checking in... we should have some sort of meet or something up here, as I haven't met most of you. I live in Saco and have '91 SE-R daily driver/autocrosser.

BTW, If you have any interest in autocross, check out www.cumberlandmotorclub.com for local events. I'll probably be up at storyland this weekend.

I'm always up for a meet or a garage day.
I've got a good assortment of stuff including airtools if anyone is interested in a G-day.

I also tend to hit the autoX scene for some good spectating.

Yeah, I'd like to do an autox. Never done a sanctioned race.....Just lot's of rallying on
public dirt roads in the middle of the night, and industrial parks during snow storms. (They make awesome courses):)

As far as equipment, I've got all the weapons of destruction: mig, cut-off saw, sawzall, etc. But, no where to use them when I get back. Trying to find a house with garage to rent in the greater portland area.

I will generously offer to let you keep your mig in my garage for an unspecified period of time :). Actually, there's barely room for my car and tools in there as it is. And I'm looking for a mig of my own right now, I need to make some repairs on my classic before I can paint it, plus I want to de-sunroof it. I miss the metal/wood shops I had access to in college :(.
