hey guys,
i was messing around looking on yahoo.co.jp today and came across a website for b13 enthusiasts in japan..needless to say there werent many but they had some pics and a few made me really interested in learning japanese so maybe i could figure out how they did this and what parts they used...

i dont think it's a fairly common thing or a cheap one...

two of the nicer cars at the national b13 meet in 2003 i think

The 350Z and SpecV share the same Brembo brake package... which are different than the STI Brembo's. Just FYI...

I wonder if that guy imported that Coupe from the states since its LHD.

It's really about the torque members, no? That, rotor size and, of course, clearing the wheels. You'd also have to address the master cylinder issue and prop valve issue. Figuring out the parts needed for correct bias is the tricky part. I doubt the Brembo's are any better than the Fastbrakes setup...other than the bling factor.

I'm actually kinda diggin the wheel flares on the teal one. Too bad it's teal.

The LHD drive B13 was imported from Mexico, it is a Tsuru 2000GSR. This guy used to work in the Nissan Aguascalientes Manufacturing Plant. He actually has a homepage of his own explaining all he had to do to get this car to Japan.

Fender flares are kinda funky, but at least he kept it in the family(Frontier).

you'd better get some sticky ass tires or ABS, or you'll lock the fronts, and probably the rears, really easily. There ARE downsides to MEGA-BRAKES.

EDIT: Those are 2002-2004 Frontier flares, not 05/06. 05/06 is the new D23 Body Style with the vq40de

I'm guessing you guys are looking into brembo's for the looks and to say you have brembo's (which is def. hot), but ours cars stop very well already, but the cheap solution is to go NX brakes, or if your not happy with that go with Wilwood.

Anyway, anyone have a link to more pics of the car with fender flares? First one I have seen on here, so it would be nice to see more.

Thanks
