I just thought I post some videos of my AF gauge in various driving modes for you guys to check out. I just want to make sure it is working properly and doing the same thing under the same driving conditions for you guys who also have the gauge. It really shows my lean condition on the top end as a result of boosting with the stock fuel pump.
Idling in the garage after the car has warmed up. The mixture goes rich when the fan comes on:

Going WOT in 2nd gear. The mixture goes lean and pegs 12 on the top end:

Cruising at ~40mph in 3rd gear, then going WOT. The mixture goes lean and pegs 12 on the top end:

Get the pump already... They aren't expensive or hard to install.

I received the wrong pump and am waiting for the shop to send me the 255 standard pressure. It will be installed upon receipt.

A/F ratio... I thougt anything under 14.7 was considered rich. so 12 would be rich wright?

14.7 is just the stoichiometric, if im not mistaken. and how the heck do you spell that word anyway?

Spell it like you did! it is correct...
14.7 IS stoich indeed. It is also death to an engine in anything but low-partial load and rpm.
12-7-13.3 in "correct" for N/A, with 13.3 being on the lean (meaning borderline dangerous) side.
12 is typical for ECUs of "our age", aka B13s etc.

Turbo cars are typically tuned to 12.00 or less.

12.7- 13.3 is not dangerous for an na car. a friend of mine wanted his tuned to 14.2 in his gsr, so i did it and i told him he was pushing it, but he has been beating on it for 6 months and it is fine. just run premium gas.

From what I've heard, detonation prone A/F values vary based on motors. So, an A/F value that would be detonation prone for one motor, might not be for another.

exactly correct. There are so many things that go into determining knock resistance. Timing, combustion chamber design, compression ratio, fuel used, etc. are just a few.
