If I have A ecu programed for a pop intake does that mean that to up grade to a turbo program it would be cheaper? Can somebody explain the up grade process of me? thanks

so you're saying you have a JWT ecu already right? if all you need is a new program, then it's $100.

As long as it is only reprogramming. If you need a daughterboard (Nitrous and VE crossover, many something else) it costs more.
