I guess this is normal since the system is not under pressure anymore? (yeah, I'm a dumbass... I should have known better)
Check out this dumbass move -- I knew I couldn't stop the fuel coming out until I get the new injectors in and get the system under pressure again. So what do I do? It's early in the morning and I'm still tired. I JACK UP THE RIGHT SIDE so that I can get some sort of collector under the car. GAS GOES EVERYWHERE spewing out of the throttle body all through my CAI...
I've got a lot of cleaning up to do...

Did you loosen the gas cap? Try that, or take the fuel feed line going into the fuel rail, and stick a bolt in it.

yeah, I actually did just that a little while ago -- I pulled the line off of the fuel filter and capped the filter...

yeah, you usually depressurize the fuel system before you mess with it

well, i did the regular de-press (run engine, pull pump fuse, let it stall), but apparently more wanted to come out!

try this. take of the rail. Make sure to take not of where each of those 2 hoses go. Use a big screw and cock those 2 hoses and use the clamp to secure them. NO LEAKS. =).
Bryan. I pulled these suckers a lot of times already.

You gotta do it more than once. DOH!
you got stop the build up of presher in the tank, take the fuel cap off or you will get fuel coming out.

or just keep on retrying to start the engine, try to turn it over a few times, you will not get all of the fuel out, but most of it, and yes getting the cap off will release pressure too, but why go through the trouble of opening your gas door and taking the cap off :D

HAHA, yeah, the gas cap thing definitely helped, too...
Thanks for all the input.
