I got my car started today, fmax and Jim Wolf 4 bar. When i start it i can only get 14 psi of fuel pressure. I tried adjusting the Sx fuel reg. up and down and no change. I am running the walbro 255 hp fuel pump. I cant see or smell any leaks. I hear the pump running when i turn the key to prime. I am out of ideas. Also the adjuster bolt will only go so far down now it gets really stiff to the point where i cant turn it anymore in certain spots.(its not cross-threaded) Anyone got any ideas????? I am going to change the fuel filter to

If the fuel filter and lines-ok. Maybe check the mounting /condition of intank pump & sock filter. :)

Was this AFTER you put in a new fuel pump?
If so, could you have forgotten to tighten the hose clamp in the tank?

Just a question in the same ballapark, what would ideal fuel pressure be with 370's, stock regulator on a BB DET. Thanks!

For thoes of you who did not know, like me, the Sx fuel pressure reg. is not a flow through regulator, it exits out the bottom, not the side. :rolleyes: :rolleyes:

I know that JWT has a stock fuel regulator turbo program for de set at three bar about 43psi. You might want to call them
