Im getting my alignment done on monday what should I have them set it to? I do mostly street driving. I have the Ground Control Coilovers and tokico struts (non adjustable HP ones not the illumina) with ST sway bars

zero toe and about -1.5 degrees camber if you can.... there's a good writeup on suspension setup on se-r.net and sentra.net I think too.

That is what writeups will tell you and for a mix a track and city driving and I agree. But, if you are going to drive on the street all the time 1 degree of negative front was nicer to live with day to day. 1.5 is a little twitch and more likely to follow crack's and things in the road. I had my car at 1 degree negative for about a year it handled very well. Just another perspective.

I have my alignment set at zero toe and -.7 camber. I could get more negative camber out of it, but the shop that did the alignmet said there would be some uneven wear. There are people on the forum that have no problem with as much negative camber that can be given. Just my .02 cents

If i remember right 1 degree of negative is still within factory specs. More negative camber actually helped my tire keep from wearing so bad on the outer edge. Mine wore smooth straight across.

I beleive the factory specs are .10 toe and -.3 camber. This information I got was from the alignment machine at the shop. I will see how they wear and if there is any uneven wear I will bring it back and get some more negative camber.

My Factory Service Manual list the range of camber from neg 1.2 - pos .2

I did not even think to look in the FSM. What year is your FSM for? Mine is a for 1992 and lists the camber at -1.00 to .30 and the toe for 0.4 to 0.12. Not a big difference but was just curious if your car may be b14 or a b15.

Mine is for a 95 but I made a mistake. I memorized the neg 1.2 (that was the number in question) as I left the garage and then got confused about the other end of the scale (sorry it was late and I was tired). Mine is actually neg 1.2 - pos .1 for camber and .4 - 2.1 for caster (all positive) and 0 - .16 for toe.
