If I have ebiach springs and agx struts, they can bolt right in the rear with stock hardwear? (meaning the upper bearing mounts)
Or do I need the Motivational mounts?

your fine. The springs can use the stock tophats and all other hardware. the Motis are for increased travel in the rear.
