I am planning to bolt on a T25 Blue Bird setup to my 10:1 Primera motor and have a few questions. Has anyone else done this an do they have any advice for me. I will be running a front mount intercooler and 2.5 or 3" exhaust and using the JWT ECU. I have the T25, BB manifold, 2.5" downpipe, 370cc, BB lines and fittings. I just want to make sure I don't forget anything. Thanks for any help and do you think it is worth purchasing a boost controller and a larger fuel pump? What is the max the 370cc, MAF, and fuel pump can handle? Thanks in advance for any help.

I'm just guessing here(from what I've read), but I wouldn't push over 10psi with that setup, the 10:1 compression isn't the best for turbo...you're putting a lot of stress on that engine....I would get a walbro 255lph fuel pump or a 300zxTT fuel pump, you can buy the walbro fuel pump from www.ftfmotorsports.com for about $125 shipped...

You should be fine with what you have. You may consider a 255 lph pump though! I know a couple of people who have ran turbo on a Primera block without any problems! The higher compression will be more responsive on the street!

I ran 10:1 turbo, jwt ecu, t25 at stock boost. stock fuel pump. No real problems, ran a bit rich though. Got 30 freeway MPG, never did calculate in town.
JWT tuned, of course.
