Um, yeah. Thats bullshit. This is the kind of thing I used to think the SR20 community was above, but now I hear this kind of stuff happening all the time.

well its like this...Ive known this person for a long ass time....and I trusted him- dumb me I trust anyone....anyways I drove up to Cali and gave Tom Paule the head to give it to the guy who wanted it....Tom was just keeping the head for him to pick up. Since he didn't show up in person to take it from me- mind U I brought this head from Chicago all the way to LA in the trunk of my SE-R along with a JDM intake manifold...valve cover and all. I think 220 bux was a steal for a good highport DET head off a BBird. Every month after that I was like man...how about my $$$. At times he would ignore my AIMs on AOL.... If I AIMed him...Yo Luis where is my $$$ he would ignore me...but to me it looked like if i AIMed him like this...yo man I got me a ECU for my car it hauls ass now he would respond in timely manner. So after countless "checks" he send to me many times which I never got I am pretty pissed off. I gave him the head in November of 00, right now its April 02. He even told me he had no $$$ to send me cause hes out of a job but procedds to buy cams, NOS kit, wheels for his car.....but don't send me the $$. I think its somewhat unfair. The person is....LUIS MOLINA

Man I hate when shit like this happens also. I wish some people would just grow up. If you want to rip somebody off dont rip the sr20de family off. We all have a love for Nissan cars and there is somewhat a bond between us all and shit like this is for the birds! This is just my 2 cents worth.

I think we get too trusting and gullible. (Excuse my spelling.) Then people see this and take advantage of it. Some people only care about themselves.
I recently have been f*cked by the post office and have to make a claim for insurance on a lost package. I sold a short shifter to a fellow ser driver and they lost it. I want to say sorry Nathan! :) Thank god he is taking this ok in light of the recent events.
Maybe when the board gets settled we can do that rating thing for sellers and buyers on here.

Damnit Mike, I have only sent you 2 checks. I will try again tomorrow, sorry about the delays but I have my reasons. If you do not get what I send you tomorrow by Saturday I will fly out to Chicago this weekend to give you the stuff personally if you want.

LM - trying to finish this shiet

Just chiming in to provide some positive feedback on Luis. I bought my Spearco intercooler from him last year. I deposited money in to his checking account as opposed to COD because he has such good standing on the list. Sure enough, the intercooler arrived after less than a week.
I know many people who have done business with Luis, and hes always proven to be a very honest straightforward guy. He was also sold my old JWT Nitrous kit, and payment was receieved promptly. I'm not saying you're incorrect Mike, but just that I trust you will receieve payment.

And that would be that this guy is trustworthy. I too have bought and sold items to and from him and have always had good transactions. I am sure your $ is on its way.
