It probably wont work, but I was wondering if this turbo would work with an sr20. I think its a T26, its from some toyota. Here are some pics.

it would probably work, with a custom manifold, but then what would be the point? the flange looks wrong for a GTiR or BB manifold, as those have a T25 exh flange.

if it is from a MR2 turbo, save your time anyway, those turbos were horribly laggy and inneficient.

Just searced google, its from a Celica.

It's called a CT26 turbo. It's physically a large turbo, can be upgraded (only on the compressor side), and you'd be better off with a T28 from a GTi-R. It's rather laggy for a stock turbo and can only produce about 260 whp.

ok cool, thanks. Iv just got the turbo laying around so I was wondering if i could use it, not really planing too, but just kind of curious. I would not need more then 260 whp. I do eventually want to go turbo and if i could use that one its one less thing to buy. How laggy is it, and what could be done to reduce the lag. And oh yeah, bout how much does it cost to have a downpipe for it fabricated?

#1. You need a custom manifold (or work) done
That alone would set up back some serious $ rather than just selling that turbo and getting a T25/T28 set up. Plus the compressor outlet is facing upwards, forcing you to do a 180 degree bend right out of the turbo. SELL IT, buy an existing turbo set up.
